resin-graphite composites, reinforced with tin, are presented in the paper.
These composites, working without lubricants have wear and high temperature resistance,

permanent magnets, using binder, are composite materials combining magnetic
performances of magnetic powder, with improved mechanical characteristics, as
compared to sintered permanent magnets. These improved characteristics, are
due to the presence of organic binder
(epoxy resins) or of metallic binder (zinc). This type of magnets present also
a higher temperature stability. The maximal working temperature is limited by
the resine type, representing the matrix for magnetic powders. Some of results,
performed by the authors, regarding anisotropic sintered permanent magnets, are
presented in the paper. The economic effects are still under considerations. D.C.:

zinc are used for a lot of building appliances. This is one of the reasons why
problems concerning their corrosion are extremely important. The anodic
positions of zinc on the potential scale also its specific chemical and
metallurgical characteristics are conferring a certain place within the metal
class used on the above-mentioned field. It is well-known that the
environmental corrosion resistance of zinc is superior to that of other metals;
but this resistance, under certain technological processing conditions and a
certaininclusionarystate of the metal decreases very much, thus
explaining why the reliability of the product diminishes. The paper presents
concrete environmental corrosion forms found on various zinc sheets, which were

which is realized having as support the mathematical model presented in the
first part of the research. There is presented the way ofrealisationandutilisationof theinformaticalprogrammewhich helps the computerized leading of the
elaboration of cast iron in the blast furnace process. There are a lot ofways ofusing
different ores, fuels and limestone charges. Theinformaticalprogrammerealized allows the fast reckoning of the
quantity and composition of the cast iron, the slag, the blast furnacegase, the materials andenergeticalbalances at the elaboration of the cast iron. D.C.:

blindholemethod for determining the residual
stresses, the strain gauge used to measure the strains should be calibrated by
experiments. In order to do calibration of the strain gauge, the finite-element
method has been used. The paper presents an analysis of both the analytical,
numerical and experimental results. |
