presents an application of classical isothermal heat treatment over the
structure and properties of Ni - Cu low-alloy S.G. cast iron type A.D.I. It is
pointed out the influence of low temperature ( - 50 °C ) over the structure and the KC

literature show that for obtaining an efficiency of the strip production for
enameling, one of the most recomended measures is total reduction of over 75%

slags for road construction Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 8 p. 14 The
development of steel industry must provide solutions for environmental
protection issues desire which may realize and from using of metallurgical
wastes. In this mode realizes itself and the preservation of mineral and
energy resources. The slag represents the principal waste type resulting from
metal making and represents a valuable raw material for many industries.
Steel slag and blast furnace slag are valuable products for road

deformation maintaining the analogy
with the thermodynamics of the non-equilibrium processes. In such context,
the temperature dependences are done by the density, and the stresses tensor

micro solidification is necessary to express the liquidus and solidus
temperatures in rapport of chemical composition and the solidification
fraction as a function of temperature. In the paper are presented the
equations used by authors to compute these parameters in the case of
iron-carbon alloys. These equations were used by authors in mathematical
modeling of iron-carbon alloys macro solidification with the purpose to

tendencies in developing non conventional processes of plastic deformation,

investments, transaction price, efficiency Carmen Judith Grigorescu: Analasys of an
efficient financial market hypothesis Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 8 p. 51 Starting with some definitions from the specific
literature regarding the efficient financial market concept, I tried to
present the effects of an efficient market hypothesis by enhancing pro and
against arguments for stock exchange market efficiency. This
article ends up introducing an even greater controversy on the hypothesis
validity with which, actually the article starts - Grossman-Stieglitz
paradox. Efficient market hypothesis succeeds
in classifying the investors in two groups: those who are optimistic about
the market efficiency and those who are not. The first group is aware of the
fact that market portfolio has optimal weight regarding the risky
assets and as a result their investment methodology focuses mainly on trials
of rejoining the market portfolio. Key words: region, regional development,
