First part: Procedures presentation. Advantages and disadvantages Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 4, p. 5 It is analysed the
ecological advantages and disadvantages of some pouring procedures in
temporary moulds. Is presented two versions of an ecological pouring
procedure in combined moulds, experimented at Politechnica
University from D.C.: 669.73;574 VERMESAN Horațiu: Corrosion
of stainless steels deformed through heading Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr.
4, p. 17 In the first part of this study, the particularities
of the structure resulted by deformation through heading are analyzed. Following, the materials and
apparatus used for corrosion testing are presented. The second part analyses and
interprets the results regarding the corrosion of the headed samples. In
conclusion it is shown that, for the studied steels, the time-potential
variation curves have different values depending on the quality of the used
steels and the degree of deformation. Key words: management quality ingots Andrei

0.6 Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 4, p. 23 The management of quality for Al-alloy ingots is
presented in this paper. A lot of 1000 ingots was
investigated and the apparition frequency of casting flaws was determined. The cause-effect diagram is also presented. Suitable actions were adopted in order to delete
faults. |

Generalities (I) Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 4, p. 30 The autoorganisation notion
and defined in this work and explanations are given regarding its
caracteristics. A mathematical theory is established in order to analyse
different phenomena as thermal transfer, electric conductivity, in

The CAPM model (Capital assets pricing
model) Metalurgia (59) 2007,
nr. 4, p. 42 Sharpe extended the portfolio theory in 1964 on the
grounds of the assumption that the investor expectation are homogeneous: if
all the investors are rational and agree on the expected yields, variations
and correlations of the available tools, then they will choose the same
optimum portfolio with risk assets. This means that only the systemic risk is
rewarded and not the specifical one, that can be

Vasile: The responsibility concerning the patrimonium Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 4, p. 45 The responsibility concerning the patrimonium is a
form of juridical responsibility which aims at restablishing the situation of
the prejudiced person, prior to the accomplishment of the illegal act that
has determined its diminshment. The patrimonial forms encompass the impelling
reports, on the grounds of which the prejudiced person (creditor) has the
right to ask the person who has prejudiced him/ her (debtor) to repair the
caused prejudice. Key words: the assets and financial

titles is first done, in order to put them in an accountancy balance. Then, a survey of
