Stomff, Maşniţă Mihai, Monescu Vlad: Ecological pouring procedures in temporary moulds.
Second part: active layer dimensiong Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 5 In the first part of this paper it was analysed
several ecological pouring procedures based on moulds made from sand without
bond, bonded by depressurisation. At the ”Politehnica” University of
Bucharest was experimented a pouring proceeding in combined moulds with
active layer from loam with cold hardened resin and sand holder layer without
bond, bonded by depressurisation. In this paper is presented the dimensioning
mode (way) of the mould active layers thickness. It’s starts from the
condition that after poring of the casting the bond from the active layer is
burned out completely, so it can be secured an easy knock - out of mould of
it, and the sand could be recycled, it mustn’t be necessary regenerating
operations. D.C.: 669.017.12 Vizureanu Petrică, Agop Marcel, GherGhian M.,

Applications in nanotechnologies. Thermal transfer during the
austenite/martensite transformation (II) Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 11 To approach the transfer phenomena during the austenite-martensite
transformation, the special literature was consulted /1/, /2/. The martensitic
transformation is now considered as one of the most important transformations,
because this is present in many pure metals featuring polymorphic
transformations and also in a lot of ferrous and nonferrous alloys,
containing solid solutions with polymorphic, eutectoid or peritectoid
transformations. This transformation is also present in some minerals. D.C.: 669.73;574 VERMESAN Horaţiu: Corrosion
of metal powder samples submitted to nitriding ionization Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 19 The following paperwork analyzes the behavior at
corrosion of stainless steel powder samples submitted to nitriding
ionization. After the nitriding ionization of stainless steel
powder samples, their structure, hardness and the nature of the formed on the
surface were analyzed using the X-ray method. The studies made on corrosion
were based on chronopotentiometric diagrams. The experimental results prove
that nitriding at temperatures above 530°C, for 20 h, leads to a decrease of
the corrosion resistance, the potential curve tacking even more negative
values than the untreated sample.
Key words: the quality produced Andrei Victor: The quality produced poured from alloy of aluminium AlMgSi2
0.6 Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 23 The quality castings is
achieved through the utilization auditing which his needles notice the state
systems to the respective moment. In the frame submissive systems check must
appreciate the aleatory parameters Key
words: circular fillet corner Nedelcu Dorian: Numerical
study of the local stress for a circular filler corner Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 27 The components from the engineering domain include
section variation due specific elements (thread holes, grooved wedge, thrust
collar, etc.), where the experimental and theoretical studies show local
stress with increased values comparative with the calculated stress values by
classical resistance formulas. The paper present a numerical study of the
local stress for a circular fillet corner with |
tensile force applied on a rod shaped and comparative results of the
numerical and experimental data. D.C.: 537 POPA Marin, SONTEA Sever: Research
regarding the influence of nondistructive defectoscopy on different
technologies of cast Al alloys making and working (Part I) Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 34 This paper presents the authors’ researches regarding
the elaboration of certain aluminium alloys, with different technological
variants, some of which having an inadequate porosity, and the contribution
of non-destructive testing on the quantification of faults. In the first part they present the elaboration and
technologies, and in the other parts non-destructive testing technologies and
the statistic processing of these data in order to obtain a relationship
between the ultrasonic attenuation, density and mechanical properties. Key words: portfolio, risk, mutual
funds, risk less assets, investor Carmen Judith Grigorescu: The average-variation analyse Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 39 The modern Portfolio Theory was initially developed
by Markowitz in the years 1950–1960 and followed up by Tobin and Sharpe,
representing the first step to the modern financial theory. The main
problem which investors are confronting is how much did they have to invest
in each action, and the average-variance is trying to answer to this
question. Key words: environment accountancy, environment costs, environment benefits,
environment aspects Cleopatra Şendroiu,
Aureliana Geta Roman, Roman Costantin: The environment accountancy support for
the environmental management Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 43 The decisional factors
within an organization can use the information on costs and benefits offered
by the environmental accounting in order to make decisions with an impact not
only on the financial performances of the organization, but also on the
environment. The environmental accounting supports the process of
decision-making. As for the organizations and programs whose targets are the
minimization of costs (especially those environment-related costs) and of the
negative impact on environment, this type of accounting offers a set of
information which is very useful to the attainment of such targets. Key words: career management, flexible career, traditional
career, career balance Valentina Zaharia:Career management at European level Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 48 Within an organization, the careers
context is changing on long term, with a upward
movement towards careers and being characterized by interruptions, movements
between employers and the development of an activities portfolio. The careers
are possessed by individuals and the main responsibility in their management
is due to the individual; the organizations have a role of supporting and
encouraging this situation. Key words: social indexes Marinella Turdean:Social syntheses indexes Metalurgia (59) 2007, nr. 5 p. 52 The main social synthesis indexes are analyzed in the
paper (longevity, capacity of people to learn and reach new knowledges during
their life, access to material resources in order to achieve a decent
standard of life. Special attention is paid to sustenable human development
of poor population. Longevity,
education level, and standard of life are calculated for Romanian condition
as per year 2005. |
